Topic: Phone calls not many final conversions

In your ebook p106 DJ -it generated a lot of calls, but not many final conversions into customers.

did you get paid for these phone calls even though it did not generate leads to customers?

thanks

Re: Phone calls not many final conversions

When a customer fills out a web form or calls the clients phone number, that is a lead.

Re: Phone calls not many final conversions

Getting the customer to actually go through with the offer would be considered a sale.

Re: Phone calls not many final conversions

You can also do a tiered pricing.  If the call lasts more than a minute, charge the full lead, if it's less than a minute, it's not charged.

Re: Phone calls not many final conversions

a minute is a long time, no?would it not be logical less than 10sec free, greater than 10sec consider it as a successful lead?

Re: Phone calls not many final conversions

Yes you can structure it however you want.  I believe the IfByPhone duration reports only show minutes, not seconds.

Re: Phone calls not many final conversions

You might have to coach your client about responding to these leads.  Even though that is their business sometimes they need a little push to respond quickly and close the sales.  Unless they start closing, they will quickly lose interest in paying you for the leads.  Unfortunately thats the nature of LLG.  Some things are out of your control.
