Topic: Lead refunds?

Suppose the clients gets a lead and the client can never get a hold of the lead.  Do you give a refund to the client for this? 

If so, how do you prevent a client from claiming too many bad leads?

You could offer to replace a lead which doesn't meet a criteria. So a client wouldn't pay for a lead which is "uncontactable". Try and establish a rejection cap. If a client is rejecting 20% + leads then something is wrong. Either your lead quality is poor or they are telling porkies.
